  • Happy to update because any loss is a loss. And good news! I decided to just check this morning because I was really getting discouraged seeing 195 staring back at me all the time and saw 191. So finally 4 pounds for me!

          • Thanks everyone for being so supportive. Had quit weighing everyday becasue it never seemed to move. Was so happy to see it go down some. Hoping it continues to do so so I can get to my challenge goal, if not at least I can be happy to have seen a loss. At least it is the right direction.

                • cleochatra-- :joy Congrats girly! I am so happy/excited for you, you have truly done wonders on this WOE! I sooo wish I had as much as a drop as you have- amybe i should copy your menu and exercise for a week or two and see what happens- you truly are an inspiration.

                  I am down another 1/2 a pound so its now 205, i dont htik im gonna hit my goal this month

                      • zta-- you still have 3 weeks to do it, girl! I've started watching my calorie intake as well as my carbs and I think that's gotten me going again. You have had some stressful stuff going on. You know I'm proud of you!

                          ztachick: Hang in there and just see where you are at the end of the challenge. Any weight loss is that much closer to our overall goals. I don't see me actually getting to 180 by the end of Febuary but I will be down some and closer to goal.

                          • Well down 1 pound for me this morning. This whole slowing down thing is a little discouraging for me. I lost like crazy at first. I did rediscover 2 bones last week. My sholder joint and the hip joint. Haven't felt those in a very long time. Also for years my calves have beenhuge and rock hard. I always thought it was excess muscle. But this week they finally broke and it is a little squishy there. So hoping that is a sigh I will be able to wear pretty girly boots soon!
                            Hope everyone is doing well. Seems like the end is just around the corner.
