    • I updated the chart. My weight is hanging in there still the same. My clothes though seem loser and loser. Been working a lot lately and it is a lot of physical exersion. Anyway, seem to be gaining muscle faster than I can get anything off of the scales. My pants are especially lose as are the arms in my shirts.

          ya know, the end of feb is going to come and go beofre we know it, we should do this challenge all the time, just continue it every 3 months- what do you all think???

          • I didn't weight this week (TOM) but I'm pretty sure the scale hasn't changed anyway. I just wanted to let you know that I've decided to hide the scale for 2 week periods. I go crazy with that thing. I'll report my weight next tuesday but then not again until 2/1.

                          • Well, last week at check-in I thought I heard the onederland train chuggin in my direction...but it was really just the sound of the wagon leaving my butt in the dust after I fell off of it. :bang I'm not even going to weigh in this week. Sometimes it is easier to stuff emotions down with food than to deal with them and get healthy. If anyone sees that darn wagon, holler!
