So this weeks progress is as follows.... weight loss -1lb., inches lost -3.75 inches.
I got off track this weekend with my eating and I may have been down further with my lbs. if I had of stayed focused. i allow stress to take over at times and revert to old habits. Not a good thing..... so while I celebrate the weight loss and inches loss I am cautiosly enjoying it. Knowing that the slippery slope of food addiction has scratched an itch in me. I NEED the atkins attack challenge and this one for accountability, direction and focus. Kickin my butt in gear! Looking to wear a bathing suit this summer that is flatering and that my dh can't take his eyes off of!
<sigh> oh to be a size 12...... hg longs for a size 12.
