Good morning, evryone! I hope everyone has a wonderful day!!! I got more than 6 hours of sleep last night and am feeling great! I usually only get about 5. I'm going to do my third day of the C25K today and then I'm going to go buy a new pair of running shoes.

Hey everybody! I didn't get a chance to do measurements today, but I *did* weigh, and I'm down 1.5 pounds to 174!!! I thought for sure I'd be up a pound or breaking even...so you can imagine my joy when I hopped on the scale and saw the number.

Sweet, I'll bet you make your goal, as close as you are, i'd be pushing it hard, those trophies are too nice to let slip through your fingers.

Well, I've been really busy with college, so I couldnt report myself as much as I wanted, but well I'm now in the 5th rung of OWL, it's been great. I've been working out 5 days a week... feel full of energy and better than ever.
Heres' my normal rutine Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Tuesday and Thursday I work out my upper body.
First, 40 minutes of spinning then,
With these machines I do 4 set of 12 repetitions, 40 pounds. With these machines I do 4 sets of 12 repetitions, 80 pounds.
Then five minutes in these machine:
And later on 4 set of 12 repetitions, with 10 pounds.
y 100 repetitions for lumbar..
I love it by the way, dont feel pain or exhausted.
My goal:
I started Atkins: May 29th
