      Lost 5 pounds

      Yeah, I lost 5 pounds! Now I'm only 20 pounds from my goal weight!

        I'm 143 today but I didn't eat properly yesterday (not enough veggies or water). Yesterday afternoon I was 141!

        Committing to going to the gym tonight through Wed. I go out of town Thurs evening after work until Sunday. I'm going to do some weight training, maybe the treadmill and the abs class.

        I want to break the 140's by the end of the month! :icondance

          oh boy oh boy oh boy :joy

          I didn't trust my scale as it was really weighing wonky, so I went down to the clinic today and used their scale.

          180 lbs. Wooo hooo :icondance :icondance :icondance

          I like that scale.

          Have informed the hubby I need a new scale. I would even accept the one from the clinic :nod

              Congrats to all of you that were able to stick to plan this past week. I however did not :nono My son was really really sick and it had me stressed out totally so i did cheat a few times but i tried to stay on track. I am starting to play soccer again this week and i am going to do my slim in 6 videos no matter what time i have to get up in the morning. Better luck next week to me.

                Tonight I will do at least 30 min treadmill and some weight training. I thought I did pretty good last night. My foot feels much better. I wonder when the cortizone is going to wear off :yikes

                  Im back on plan and just after two days of following the rules i am down 2 pounds. I am going to wait a few days and see if it is a real loss but I feel so great. BF and I are going to start the new Slim in 6 video tonight so I am excited about that. I love to work out with him. I played soccer last night in our adult coed league and I felt great!! :icondance My touch on the ball was better and I wasn't sucking as much wind when we finished. 10 pounds made a huge difference in my game and I can't wait to see what 50 pounds will do.                     Last night I did weight training arms, shoulders and abs. I am SO SORE today! I also did 48 min on the treadmill, level 10 various inclines.

                    I can really tell that I'm dropping inches. My clothes are getting real baggy!

                    I may not workout tonight. I have to pack and have everything ready to go tomorrow so we can leave directly after work.

                      You guys seem to be doing great :yes :yes :yes -all that exercise!! I wish I could say the same. It's taken me 3 weeks to lose 1 lb. Better than gaining, but my goal is still soooooooo far away.

                        Slowly getting results; after nearly 3 weeks of stalling, I was down 2 pounds this a.m. That's five since I signed up for this challenge, and 15 more to go for the July 4th '20'. (Many more after that, but I've accepted that small goals are best for me...).

                          wow a lot of exercise going on... I need to get back into on that part, just so much running around doing other things doesn't leave much time. I know.... NO more excuses!

                              I was BADDDDD

                              I totally fell off the wagon this weeknd!!!!! I am back on and got up this morning and did my slim in six video and have already had half of my water for the day. I will stay on track i will stay on track. I have gained 2 pounds with all the cheating and talking myself out of exercising. I really need a big kick in the butt!!! Hope you all fared better then me over the holiday. Checking in this week at +2 pounds :help

                                Would like to join, even though its late...

                                Hey everyone,
                                Count me in for the july 4 challenge. I know im late... joining...but that will just have to motivate me more. I have a vacation trip planned for July. We will be leaving on June 28 as it take two-three days to drive to texas and we hope to get there for the 4th of july to visit with family and friends for two weeks.

                                But i know i should have a more realistic goal weight: What do you think about 155-150?
