ok so i now i just started this challenge today, and i feel good, I went to work out on at the club house elliptical trainer for 4 miles in 1 hour this is the first time i actually sweated. I really did. I have challenged myself to work out on the elliptical trainer everyday. I will go in the morning after i drop of the older daughter and then take the little one to the gym with me. I heard that working out in the morning is better, helps keep the metabo. up all day. Wish me luck. I think im off to a good start.
I'm going to see my sister in the southwest right after the July 4th weekend. My goal is to loose 20 pounds so I'll fit into my pretty summer wear.
I tend to put exercise after housework and errands-which means I seldom do it as housework is a never ending story. I'm hoping this'll help me put exercise as a more important priority.

my husband has come to accept the fact that my exercising comes first and house work comes second. One thing that women especially do is worry about taking care of everybody else and everything else and put themselves last. This means that they don't do the things to make themselves feel good and happy with themselves. So make yourself a priority. It will make everything else fall into place easier if you are happy first.
If mom isn't happy, nobody is happy.

Sorry ihave been AOL this week havn't been staying on plan very well and was a little ashamed of it. But here I am to admit my mistakes and start again. I stayed on plan pretty well yesterday and today I got up early and did my slim in six video. When I started I thought there is no way I will make it all the way through but I just kept saying get through this segment and before I knew it I was all the way done and late for work lol. Good luck to you all over the weekend. I know I will need it I am having a party and everyone is bringing snacks. I will make some induction leagal snacks and try to avoid the bad ones.

100 pounds to loose
I would like to join the challenge, a little late, but better late than never. I started Jan 26th, at 277 lbs and up till today I have lost 28 lbs. I now am at 249 lbs. My mini goal for June 3 (special day as I fly out to Victoria to attend my daughter's graduation from University), is to lose 22 lbs.
For July 1/4 (I am Canadian remember I would like to lose 10 more lbs, and be down to 215. Keep your fingers crossed....I know I can do it!!
