            Thank you so much Michelle for this challenge. It made me realize how easy it is to smash myself and how hard to build myself back up. I find myself thinking about it during the day, thinking about what my next compliment to myself is...Thanks again...and...

              3rd week:

              I am a great employer. I'm good to my people and they work their butts off for me as a result.

              I am a great cook.

              I have really neat eye color- they don't have a color. LOL They're not blue, they're not green, they're not gray - but they're really translucent and the predominant color changes with what I wear. I get compliments on them all the time.

                I've lost track of where I'm at, but this is a good thing to do after wallowing...

                1. I have a great hair color....it's my natural color and I get great compliments about it when I stand in the sunlight.

                2. I'm a great griller....I LOVE to cook on the grill 7/365...just ask my local propane company that I soley keep in business....

                3. I'm a great multitasker....yes, that leads to OCD, but it works!

                4. I am my kids mom and I rock at it! (thank you, Dr. Laura! ROFL!)

                5. I have the best stretch marks...they don't talk....

                6. I have a high grade point average in college....

                7. I'm a great friend...nobody cries alone in my presence.

                8. I'm a great hugger

                9. I find positives out of negatives


                that's all I got....for now...gee, my head got big there

                    I just dawned on me, that these may indeed be your children in the pic...for days i have thought they were your siblings....hee hee......and then one day i saw that you were 41 YO and i about fell out of this comfy chair i'm sitting in.....are they your children???????????? if so, they are gorgeous...and i am NOT JOKING...that i thought they were your brother and sister....i swear on that one...WOW if they are your kids....

                        That's pretty amazing to find so much positive in yourself at one time.

                        I'll admit, i'm guilty this week of smashing myself for gaining, but now i am aware of myself doing it, and i consiously stop and start complimenting myself and it really has boosted my self esteem.....
