                    This has got to be the most challenging challenge I can imagine (for me anyway). I know I'm used to doling out the compliments but am so uncomfortable receiving them from others, let alone giving them to myself. What a great way to start getting our "heads" healthy along with the rest of our bodies!

                    I'll pledge two compliments a week.
