              Can I jump in on this?!? I need this... I tend to critique every little thing about myself!

              I pledge to do this 3 times a week....

              Compliment 1- I like my teeth... They are really white and I don't do anything special to make them that way!





              Looking forward to meeting the "new" me ....
              (I'm going to get there by following this new way of eating.... Making changes for the better!)
