        Hi drinkers,

        I need to check in and get motivated! I think I have only made my water quota once (last Sunday) since my trip last week! I gotta get back on track.

        Today I am down 33 oz at 8 am. I am going to shoot for 160 oz for the next few days to help flush my system.

        You all seem to be doing good job!

                                            I've met my goal for the 23-25th I almost blew it last night still needed another 10 ounces and fell asleep but woke up about an hour later and downed it so whew I made it! LOL
