    I calculated both ways of figuring out your water intake and I got 115 oz. and 180 oz. I think I'll go with the 115 oz. Even though 115 oz is a lot, I think I'd explode if I drank 180 a day.



    Age: 36/ male
    Height: 5'10"
    Starting Weight: 460 (March 1/ 07)
    Current Weight: 338 (Nov 11/ 07)
    Total lost so far: 122 pounds!!
    1st goal: Clean 14 day induction (Achieved)
    2nd goal: 399 (to get out of the 400's.) (Achieved June 17/ 07)
    3rd goal: 350 (Achieved Oct 10/ 07)
    4th goal: 340 (Achieved Nov 11/07)
    5th goal: 320
    6th goal: 299 (to get out of the 300's)
    7th goal: 280
    8th goal: ??? (Not sure yet.)

                                                Hi fellow drinkers,


                                                Yesterday was tough. I had 60 oz of water and 2 diet right black cherry sodas. I also had about 20 oz of ice tea. Clearly not the best day. I was at a food show and very busy.

                                                Today I have had about 30 oz so far (8 am). I will deffinatley get my 80 oz in today.
