Thank you hrgillespie, this is the easiest thing I can do for myself. Wonder why when Im drinking Im programmed to think it doesnt taste good. I have my glass of water here and was taking a drink and realized that if I change my mindset from "I have to drink this stuff" to "this stuff is what makes me feel better", it was so much easier. I noticed that the first thing I do in the morning is to make myself a cup of coffee and then tell myself that Ill start drinking water when Im thru drinking coffee. Then before you know it, its 11:00 AM and I feel super dehydrated and then feel like crap the rest of the day. Instead of putting off the water, Ive made a realization, nothing wrong with drinking the two at the same time lol. So far Ive gotten in almost 20 oz, very easily. Its what keeps me alive, its what makes me feel great, I will remember that.
