Sorry to hear about all your troubles Sunny! I need to stop by more often! I just get sooo unmotivated and coming here reminds me how badly I'm doing!
#1 - Cut out all nuts **0/7
#2 - All fruit except for berries and an occasional apple. **4/7
#3 - No more than 4 oz of cheese a day - this includes cream cheese! lol **4/7
#4 - I'll exercise at least 4 days a week for 60 minutes **1/7
#5 - To track my food into fit-day daily **0/7
#7 - I'll drink at least 80 oz of water a day **0/7
#9 - No more beans!! **4/7
Not doing great. Every week I tell myself I'm going to do better but don't. I tried just cutting out the stuff that's keeping me down (or in this case up lol). Seriously considering going back on induction for a few weeks. Just go back to the basics and remember the principles!

Sunny, just take it step-by-step, hour-by-hour and do the best you can. That's all you can do. You're such a strong and amazing woman - if anyone can get through this, you can. Keep posting - it will help you look at things more clearly and hopefully you'll panic less. We're all here for you and listening!
