Re: Slow Losers Club Christmas Challenge
I forgot the extra credit bit!
What has worked well:
- Generally setting a goal of the number of days not to cheat and making it so high that by the time it (nearly) comes around it will be second nature not to cheat.
- Recognising when a cheat does occur that induction or level one with lots of veggies can really help stop cravings and get you back to carb-free equilibrium
- Trying new kinds of exercise!
What has be a bad effect:
- Going on holiday has been diastrous twice, despite lots of preparation
- Letting yourself get hungry is a really bad idea. Always carry a snack for emergencies.
- Plan, plan, plan!

Thanks for the motivation of this challenge!

I have been staying off the scale because the steroids are making me puffy and swollen, but they had to weigh me to know how many drugs to shoot in me--I'm up 10 pounds! I think I'll go cry myself to sleep. At least I don't feel like eating for a change.
