    Hello everyone,

    I fell of the wagon a few weeks ago and have not been able to climb back on again. Thus I have no weight loss. The good thing is that I have no weight gain either. However, I want to continue and if any of you have any advice then please let me know. Thank you.

      what made you fall off?
      you need to work out what it was and how you can stop it happening again,

      post lots around the boards, it always helps me to stay on track!

          It can get frustrating and discouraging when you're trying your hardest and there are no changes. Just remember that our bodies are going through adjustments and sometimes we stall! I had a stall about two weeks ago and I was doing everything right! So last week I made a slight change, stopped eating fruit and the scale started to go down. I'll start introducing fruits again as long as I'm losing and we'll see where that goes from there.
          Just hang in there! Drink your water, write down what you're eating and you can post your menus.

            Thank you Emma and Teezu. Yes Emma, to answer your question its a bit complicated because there is more than one reason. However, I did go to a wedding and I cheated there, and also the problem is that I do great on Induction, then I extend it and I get bored and never know how to begin OWL. Any suggestions you have will be much appreciated. Thank you.

              you do your 14 days clean induction and i and prolly some others in here will help you up thru OWL...

                It's difficult once you've started cheating, but it's possible! Be strong and keep going. I've fallen off the wagon many times, but I'm finally getting through my induction period fully this time around. Wednesday I'm going on OWL
                One very good piece of advice I've heard is to take one day at a time. Each day is a new beginning. Worry about that day and when the next one comes do the same.
                Anyway, keep trying and don't give up.

                Emma~no TOM. That's why I was kinda nutty about the whole situation, but you're right. It's natural. If I stay on plan it'll come off eventually. I did eat bacon twice yesterday. Maybe the sodium content? Who knows!

                  I have completly started my induction over today. I have been very bad while I have been out of town. I know that I cannot not do this without the great support of all you guys. So here I am again today starting all over. Wish me luck!!!!!

                          Thank you Emma, I really appreciate your help. It would be great if you could helo me through owl, since I really find that complicated. This probably makes me sound really thick, however, I am not. It just seems that once one grabs a hold of Induction, anything else seems very complicated. So starting tomorrow, I will begin my Induction again. I will post more often in order to keep me commited and hopefully I will get back on track. Thanks again for offering your help.

                              Thats a good idea. Can I suggest that instead of the same rung advice that is already available, you or someone else, could write how you did owl yourself.

                                well Ive PMed Bren and Jimmie - not sure if it should be a challenge or just a help thread, we'll see what they think...

                                I can do that BUT I dont think my way will be everyone elses idea of the way, we all have dislikes of foods and we all have intolerances of food, but i can certainly do that somewhere for you if you'd like to see.
