Thanks. The hardest part for me in terms of owl is the adding or taking away of food. especially since if you add something that makes you gain you could end up feeling demoralised and may want to give up. So in a way I was asking for a short narrative of how one copes when adding or subtracting and trying to figure out this equation of CCL and all the different foods allowed. Since Induction is so simple, well simple to a certain extent, owl becomes a lot more complicated in contrast. So if you and or anyone else can relate their personal story when they went on owl, it might help me and maybe other people cope better when they start this phase. I am probably asking for too much, but in personaly believe that this will help me.

It's all a process isn't it? I'm down 1 pound today so that is 4/12 pounds for the challenge. Emma, I'd be interested in the OWL help too. (Not right now, as I'm still trying to focus with the after effects of losing my MIL- but soon) Should be buying a computer this week and able to post more often which does help to keep on track.
