    Re: Take Ten For Yourself

You're all doing good working in those 10 min! I've been having my 10 min everyday, except yesterday. I'm taking a long hot bath tonight with bath oil crystals and will get at least an hour to myself. Have a relaxing day!
    HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

Here's a fact about me that I just realized today qualifies for my 10 a day. Did you know that most every afternoon I have a hot cup of tea, even in the summer, and sit down until I'm done drinking it? Today, I made the decision to not answer the phone if it rings while I'm having my 10 minutes. That's what answering machines are for.

I also printed a page from a magazine on how to meditate. I'll read it through while I have my tea tomorrow!

I so agree about answering machines! Actually, sometimes I just don't answer and it isn't switched on. Drives me nuts when hub insists on answering and then puts me on, if it's for me, even though I've said I'm not answering. I don't believe the "outside world" should be able to invade ones privacy whenever... only when you allow them to.

10 with a cup of tea sounds good too.

Actually, I am ... maybe not every single day, but most, certainly. Am doing these meditation exercises which give me my "ten".

Dreading the Christmas rush ... as soon as I get back, it's the Christmas card nightmare... which is just the beginning!
We'll most of us need our "ten" next month, for sure!
