thanks for joining in cleo. we are so addicted to stepping on the scale. i do not think its evil but i would like to break the habit. a week doesn't sound like much to some of those around here but this is a big deal for us.

hey do you think that just stepping on the scale determines if you lose weight or not? by you knowing your measurements , that is probably a better indicator of things anyway. i'm a slacker. i don't exercise even enough to mention. you are sooooo far ahead of the game on that. so what we don't lose in the next 7 days. if we go another week i'm sure we will be pleasantly surprised.

Hey guys - I'm in too. My scale hates me lately so it's being used as a doorstop for a week. I haven't stepped on it since wed and it was way up then to 142 (TOM tho). I should've just thrown it out the window then
1/27 - 142 lb
2/4 - better be DOWN TO AT LEAST MY SIGGY WEIGHT

that's exactly what i want to happen , to be down to the goal pre pizza week.
lets remember though, this is a challenge to stay off the scale for one week whether we lose or not. if we do okay, maybe higgies will guide us through another week.
