    I will admit to not making it LOL it was kind of a motivational factor for me to look at hte scale and see it going down. luckily for me the scale has kept going down and has kept me on track. I'm almost to my goal!

      lol...yeah, well, I won't be on that list, Jimmie....

      I couldn't wait and weighed in last week....it was a long time. But I weigh in once a week now so I'm not so addicted....maybe...I think....
