They have hot wings and a great simple salad, so I should be good. I will just have to tell him to get a doggie bag for the pizza he can't eat!!!! I hope everybody has a great cheat-free weekend!!!
What are your reasons for doing extended induction not OWL?

prolonged period is normal, dont stress it, it'll straighten out eventually..

Ditto on having the weigh in on Monday because if you cheat then you will only be disappointed on the next weigh in day. It helps me at least get thru the weekend.
64oz PLUS a further 8oz for every 25lbs you have to lose....

Starr/dying, glad you're both glad about the monday weigh in, i'm not!! LOL not because i cheat, but because i struggle to get water in and i drink alcohol, both cause me to retain water and i generally dont see my loss until a tues/weds...

Boo, that is so frustrating! I would get a new scale too! how strange for it to weigh all over the place like that! Well, have fun shopping! My old scale weighed me 4 lbs lighter... and now I've finally adjusted and have stopped feeling the need to say... old scale/ new scale wt... I've just accepted the new scale and it's much more in line with the dr scale. I got the one from cost co. it's digital also. but accurate so far. and consistent. Anyways, good luck!

Randiman, that sounds like a nice treat to go out for salad and wings. That'll be fun for you guys.

Emma, Slim n 6.... argh! I think I hate that lady!

        Alexa, have a good weekend!

        Thanks dying to be thin!

Down another lb... hoping it sticks until Monday!!!! I think it helped that I took the diflucan and am getting the yeastie beasies under control... (antibiotics)

        have a great day everyone!

KNowing we have the Monday morning report has helped keep me on track as well .......... I've been better about not weighing 5 times a day too! My life has gotten stressful enough so that I'm not obsessive about it.......... not sure if thast a good trade off but it is what it is! LOL

          Here's to Mondays!!!!!!

Gee, this week is flying by!
You guys are so funny. I love coming here with my "morning" coffee and reading scale antics
I've decided to give quitting smoking yet another try. I don't know how many times or how many ways I've tried. This time I ordered some filters that are supposed to reduce tar and nicotine by 94%. They should be here next week some time. Cold turkey hasn't worked, the little purple pill (I forget the name) the patch, gum and inhaler han't worked. Hypnosis (twice) hasn't worked. Maybe this will satisfy those psychological urges while I wean from nicotine.

Hi everyone! Hope everyone is having a good Friday! I can sympathize with those of you not seeing the scale move....I am currently still sitting at the same weight as last weigh in. Hopefully the scale moves over the weekend. Knowing weigh in is on Monday definitely helps keep me in check on Saturday and Sunday even though I eat out all weekend. King cakes in the stores are killing me, seeing the sit there calling my names.
I have some stress issues going on right now, found out I am going to be a grandma. My son has only been seeing this girl since late October and although they thought they were protecting, her IUD failed. So trying to keep a positive attitude about it, I just wish they were further into their relationship and definitely knew there was a future for the two of them. He is 25 and in culinary school working to be a chef and she is 19 and just told me last week that she was changing her major in school from nursing and applying for med school to be a GP. Hope this doesn't mess with either of their plans. Oh well enough ranting, needed to get it off my chest. I am hoping for the best here. Everyone have a good weekend if you are going to be awol from the board, if not, I will see you around the different threads.
My hubby & I in the Smokies!

No real reason, I just thought that was what people w/ a lot of weight did. As long as I can continue to loss weight then it doen't matter what I go to next.

the next place is Rung One of OWL, 5 net carbs of more veggies, theres a sticky in the OWL forum to see how many cups that is per veggie... I lost MORE weight when i added this rung, veggies are good for you, if you want to stay anywhere for a while, i would suggest that rung, you can 5 net carbs of veggies every other week on that rung, or you can try out the next rung if you get bored!

I was just reading about the OWL and I think that I am going to move onto that instead of staying on induction...thanks for the advice.

I am glad that I am not the only one that has not seen the scale move this week. My weight seems to drop off in chuncks. I'll be the same for a week, thaen the Wooosh fairy comes and BAMM 2-5 lbs gone. This week I have not had a vist though. I am stayng legal too. I am feeling weak though today. I feel so stressed out from work that I want to shovel comfort crabby food in my face. I will not though. Okay I will try not too. I have been cheat free for 3 months, 10 days and 7 hr. But who is counting. I read these posts and know that you are all trying to stay legal too, so I will too. Have a great legal weekend everyone.
