    Down 1.5 pounds this week. Stats are 206.4/192.5/191.4. Congrats to the losers. Congrats to those who stayed the same (that's an accomplishment). Whew, 1.1 pounds to goal. I can do this!!

      Blue, I lost three pounds the week I had a tummy bug - wouldn't recommend it as a long term plan but it was a welcome sunny lining!!

      Go Catrenia!! You're looking like an early goalie, it's in sight!

          I am actually checking in on time this week! Yay! I am down the pound I gained on TOM. So, 258. I haven't lost any additional weight, but I haven't gained much, either.

          Sorry I haven't been around to offer much encouragement lately. I see good things, though!

            I am down 3 lbs. this week. Cutting out SF stuff and cutting back to rung 3 or 4 really helped give me s kick start on losing again.

                Thanks. When this challenge is over I'm going to focus on strength training (which will up the weight some - know this from prior experience - so I will wait until the challenge is over).

                      Great Job on this weeks weight loss Rochelle, Catrenia, and Kassoria!

                      Boo Hoo! I am actually up a pound this week. Still below my goal, but I purposely went up on calories and added in a few more carbs this week. I still think I am eating a little below my total BMR and below my ACE, so my body is just going through an adjustment period. So I am still in Onederland at 199!

                      The good news though is that I am still losing inches. In fact, I picked up three pairs of slacks this week that are the same size that I wore in high school! Never in my wildest dreams did I think that could ever happen again!

                        Thank you Don and congrats on fitting in those slacks! I can't wait to reach my weight my senior year of college (smallest I've been as an adult) @ 137 pounds.

                          I am with you Catrina.....if you noticed I changed my goal to 137.....My pre-child weight!

                          I haven't weighed under 137 in 11 years!

                            I lost this week too, finally--but it's what I gained last week, so no change to my numbers yet, Emma.

                            I'm glad to finally be heading the right way. I've been stuck too long.

                            March is around the corner, let's keep it honest and get to goal!

                              Hi guys,
                              Well, I came home from work last night and ate a little something and drank a beer... oops! Then remembered the weigh in and figured I'd be up now... and sure enough up .5lbs today... oh well, it's tough doing those 10hr shifts on the weekend like that and getting home at mid night. Also had a head ache... I drank the beer because I'm trying not to take sleeping pills... Well, anyways, next week will be better. I wont' be working... that always messes up my wt with water retention.

                              It's great to see all the losses going on! Kate I love your new pictures! What a great transformation! yeah Kate!
