    Thanks, i will take it for now, im about to stall out lol, i always lose water weight real fast, and that is one reason i changed my goals from 315 to 305 for the end because i knew i was bloated and i would drop 10 easily, but im normally a very very slow loser, next week wont be as kind.

          I lost 2 lbs so that puts me at 164.

          Lisa - wish I could loss weight(water or not) that fast - congrats!!

          Vettechic - keep your chin up and next week you will have a loss. Everybody's weight is going to vary due to stress, exercise, TOM, & water intake. Don't sweat it and keep on track.

          Great job to all that lost weight.

              Well I am currently down 4lbs....

              I know I should be happy, but I am pretty down about it. This morning was just a mess!!! I woke up low (I am a type 1 diabetic), so I had to treat that. Well I tried weighing in before that, and to my surprise I was up a pound!! I haven't cheated at all, and I have been eating really well, and drinking all my water. All I can say is that I drank about a gallon of water (exaggerating) before bed and it is really close to my TOM. I am still just depressed about it...maybe more signs of TOM. It took everything in me to not give up this morning. Well that is my story. Sorry, but I only lost 4lbs this past week.

              Great Job to everyone!!!!

              I will post our total pounds lost once everybody has weighed in!!!

                Just checking in! I hope everyone had a good weekend! I'm glad the CHARGERS and PACKERS won! lol

                So I weighed this morning and I'm up 1lb I know the reason though because we all went out to a bar last night and I had a few too many beers and didnt drink all my water yesterday either. So I'm determined to stick to plan this whole week and hopefully drop a few lbs by next Monday.. definitely no beer before the next weigh in!

                  then the next week I started weighing at about 7:30 or 8:00 am... again as soon as I woke up..

                  Either way it was the , ya know , typical pre sip of water --post potty weigh in, as soon as I got up) and my weight has been up by like 3 pounds all week!
                  This morning, Dominic didn't have school again and we got up later... and I weighed about 9:30am again. and I was not only down the 3 pounds I had been up but I was down a little more.

                  SO.... does everyone wiegh at the same time everyday? And if not... as the time fluctuates, does the weight also fluctuate???



                  OH.. and EMMA................

                  My beginning weight as of this morning was 182.4! (But see above.. it was a 9:30 weight! UGH! Is it only a good weight cuz I waited longer to weigh??)
                  I have a "Taylor" scale that stays consistent no matter which time I weigh. Now, I had a "HealthO'Meter" scale that jumped around like crazy depending on when I weighed.

                      ugh! I'm still sleepy!
                      Scale says 174.1 this am so I'm down 5.9lbs this week Yeah!!!
                      I'm on day 7 of induction today with no cheats so far.... feel good except for meing really tired right now. Would like to go back to sleep, but have to go to the airport and get my dd soon...

                              Good morning everyone!The losses are wonderful!!!!!! You all rock! I weighed in at 176 this morning which is 3.5 down from my start weight. Up .4 from yesterday but oh well we all know how those dang numbers go ...... I am thrilled with 3.5!

                                Congratulations everyone on your losses -- and to those who didn't (or gained), hang in there, today is a new week!

                                Vette, I have read before that you usually weigh the least mid-morning -- around 9:30 a.m. I can't recall why... but I bet if you do an internet search, you'll find reference to it...

                                Boo, you worked your body like crazy this week -- all that cardio PLUS weight training means your body is holding tight to water weight to repair the muscles you're breaking down (and rebuilding, leaner and stronger!). If you are consistent with your exercise -- and keep drinking plenty of water -- your body will get used to it and let go of that extra water weight. I predict if you keep it up this week, you'll definitely show a loss next Monday.
