Thanks, i will take it for now, im about to stall out lol, i always lose water weight real fast, and that is one reason i changed my goals from 315 to 305 for the end because i knew i was bloated and i would drop 10 easily, but im normally a very very slow loser, next week wont be as kind

I know the reason though because we all went out to a bar last night and I had a few too many beers and didnt drink all my water yesterday either. So I'm determined to stick to plan this whole week and hopefully drop a few lbs by next Monday.. definitely no beer before the next weigh in!
