      One giant whoooshie for me last week!!! Lost 5 pounds and am now only 5 lbs from goal.

      The changes I made really worked. I lowered my calories to between 1800 and 1900 each day (about 500 less than the week before), lowered my carb intake back down to 70 net, and tried to get my ratios to maintenance levels and ended up pretty much on the money at 51% fat, 29% protein, and 20% carbs, and I upped my exercise to 1 hour each day.

        Hi everyone!!

        Congrats to all the losers

        My weight this AM was still 199 (same as last week ) but due to some strenuous weekend activity (painting and yard work) my arm, leg and back muscles are KILLING me so I am hoping I may be retaining some water in my muscles. I am really gonna go for the exercise this week!! I even took a pair of dumbbells with me to work this morning and did some bicep and tricep exercises during lunch

        Sounds like that TOM guy will be gone for most by the next weigh in. I kicked him out of my body permanently about 9 years ago

              Hi everyone,
              hey, scones at harrods sounds too good...
              well no gains and no losses for me... EXACTLY 169.6 this morning, but quite happy about that... with TOM here and having worked all weekend and the week I've had... well, I'm just glad to be in the 160's no matter how precarious!
              Congrats to all the lossers and lets keep on keeping on! Hopefully the whoosh fairy will make her rounds to us all this week. Congrats Don... you're almost there!!!!

                hopejoy I sure hope you're doing ok with this tumour thing! I had to read your post about 6 times to make sure I read that right! Certainly makes me not want to complain about anything.

                Here's a little sample of what's happening in my life....it's f---ing COLD here! And yes, that is frost on my window.

                  Well guys.. congrats to all of you that have lost this week... and to me a big


                  I had been down cuz I was sick.. but as soon as the eating and drinking came back.. so did some of the weight! I'm back to 181.6 as of this morning. I haven't been online much.. so I'm sorry I haven't read through more of the posts.. but I've gone through the last couple pages and it sounds like we're all doing good. There's another almost 2 months to go.... WE CAN DO THIS!

                  I think I may actually be eating too little.. cuz it seems like my body has just stopped losing. My keto stix are still turning colors.. some day medium and some days heavy.. but the scale won't budge. I haven't been doing as well with my water though either.. so off I go to drink some more!
                  I CAN ... and I WILL !!

                        I am way behind in reading, I wanted to post my stats, but I will go back and read......
                        Bad news, I am up 3 pounds. I don't really know what happened. I did not change my diet and no TOM to blame it on.
                        Did not find time to excercise this week, which is probably the culprit.

                            I'm down 1lb this week to 240, making my first mini goal, and a total of 11 inches overall. My clothes are starting to bag, so I'm starting to go through my (slim) closet, to dig up the next lowest size of clothing. I feel like I'm shopping in my own closet!

                                I think it's the same thing as macafoni and cheese? mac and cheese made with cauliflower instead of macaroni.

                                Don't worry over the 3 pounds. Our bodies have their own way of doing things. As long as your following the book, and get back into your exercises , it'll probably come off next week! And don't forget the water
