      the scale finally began to move again. I am 187 today. Down 4 pounds.

        Wow, a lot of big losers this week. Congrats to you all! Same old, same old here, I am still sitting at 155, I get my 154 during the week so I know it CAN move downwards but still back at that 155 on Monday.

          Wow everyone did so great this week!!!! Congratulations Elsy and purple cat to name a few...

          I stayed EXACTLY the same... 169.3 which is a minor miracle in that I've been having a few temper tamtrums about my headaches and food triggers... when I realized that chocolate was a trigger I was so mad I ate pizza and cookies... real smart huh? but that was only one meal. (my first cheat in 6 weeks too) but I've also added some whole rice and whole wheat bread into my diet this week and had a beer every night instead of the sleeping pill (which btw worked great... and half a bottle of beer does the trick) on the up side I am walking every day... so that's good and today is day one of no splenda for the rest of my life... I seriously hope this is a better week, because last week sucked on so many levels. My dad is getting stronger after his illness... he's pretty frail and I think that's kind of draining for me as well...

          okay, charge ahead... a new week... a new you!! Next week will be awesome, so happy for all you guys who have lost! That's encouraging!

                          Ive actually lost 5 of the 10 that I put on while sick and taking meds. I'm at 181, but plan to have all that gone before next Monday!

                              Hi everybody, checking in real quick. Well im up to 325, yes 7lbs from last monday, not sure what is going on. I was not on plan like i was going to be, but i weighed myself saturday and it read 319, started back to the kiss diet and started all the vitamins and supplements i bought and back up to 325 in 2 days, i know when i took the vits and supps i was really bloated and still am to an extent, so hopefully i will lose that in this week to come. IM really trying to stay focused here and get this yeast under control, i know im not going to see any results no matter how hard i try if i dont kill of this yeast.

                                Well, I was down to 194 this AM so that is 2 pounds for the week. I have been enjoying my yogurt this week and it doesn't seem to bother me. Stopped by Central Market on my way home from work and almost cried because I wanted a Fuji apple so-oooo bad--prior to Atkins I ate one per day for at least the last 5 years. Hope I can reintroduce them some day. I did try the oopsie rolls from Linda's site and actually ate a BLT for lunch today--mmmmmm.

                                Congratulations to all the losers this week--seems like TOM has left the building for most so that is good news. Hope everyone has a great week.
