Good news and bad news! The good news is I am still the same weight and holding at 199. The bad news is that I went way over on my carb and calorie count yesterday. We had a going away party for a friend last night at On The Border. I stuck with smothered steak fajitas, with no tortillas and had mixed veggies as a side. Good so far, but had three glasses of merlot, so that shot any chance of the scale moving downward.
I am doing lots of this
and lots of this
though, otherwise it could have been a real disaster.
Today will be better. I already got 15 miles in on the bike this morning and my days meals are already planned out and logged in.

I have to admit..these challenges are kicking my butt. I just recently started exercising (prior injuries/disabilities prevented me from doing it before). I'm sore from my neck down at this moment. LOL!!
I'm in an awkward state as my size 18s are way too big but the size 16s are still a little snug (not as loose I'd like them to be lest we call attention to the big booty).
