    ~~I must retract one of my statements for this week. I originally wrote that "I start my new job tomorrow and I am taking my lunch and healthy snacks." Well, I didn't. However I had a salad and did not cheat!!! Yay!

    ~~Fast forward to today. I had to go on a wine tasting with my boss. So although I had and induction friendly lunch, I had wine with lunch (about 25 different types and sips). Dang it!

    My new statement for No Jeopardizing in January for that one:
    ~~I will not let having wine with one lunch send me in to a drinking frenzy!!!!

      This is a bit harder than I thought it would be. For some reason I find it very difficult to think of the good things and actually write them down, but here goes...

      I spent 45 minutes straightening my hair this morning and it looks GREAT.

      I am wearing my new clothes (with matching jewelry) and I feel GREAT about how I look today! which, just makes me feel great about everything.

          1. I have lost 3 lbs on induction and i'm 3 lbs from goal.
          2. I have got my creative juices flowing
          3. I'm saving money, not spending it.
          4. I'm going to go to Church every Sunday

            2- Even though the sacle showed an increase of 4 lbs yesterday. I did not throw my hands up and say "FORGET THIS!". I drank more water, peed all threw the night and lost that four. I did not cave. I am very proud of that.

              My boss drove me nuts today and I didnt run for ice cream at the deli !!!
              I am making time for me today and not staying at work an hour later than everyone else on my team !!

                Today, I slow jogged 3/4 of a mile.

                  Week #2

                  1)worked with a surgeon who just makes me nuts. So my morning was not great....I did good....I didn't choke the big jerk!!!
                  I kept my hands to myself...a good thing!
                  2) I can laugh at myself!

                    1. I broke up with the BF and it feels great, minus a few tears.

                    2. I love making people laugh, it makes me feel good.

                    3. My calfs are getting skinnier and I am starting to get a great pair of legs. teehee.

                      CDH- Isn't it nice when clothes fit??? You are right, wearing nice clothes with matching jewlery can do wonders for a woman!

                                ~I lost an inch off my waist!!!

                                ~I dranks 8 16.9 oz bottles of water yesterday, double the recommended amount of water. (I recycle)

                                ~I'm not going to let my new scale (that added 5 lbs. to my weight) get me down. I'm going to keep pushing on as hard as I have been.
                                The difference between 'involvement' and 'commitment' is like an eggs-and-ham breakfast:
                                the chicken was 'involved' - the pig was 'committed'.
