      It was 10:30 tonight and I could either exercize or go to bed. I read wanted to go to bed.... BUT I EXERCIZED !!!!!

        ~~I started of the New Year/New you challenge off with a 7 pound loss!

        ~~My mom and sister both told me at seperate times yesterday that I looked skinny!! (I am a far cry from skinny, but it was their words and i'll take them!

          The scale hasnt moved in a week, but the inches have. I will keep that in mind and be positive.

            1- I am walking the field at my son's baseball practice Mon- Thrus instead of just sitting there.

            2- I am not tempted when people are eating junky carbs............instead I go for more water or a piece of cheese

              I ordered pizza for my boyfriend and nephew while we were moving furniture last night... I didnt have even one bite.

                  I am back to my goal weight
                  I'm coming out of a very bad depression and feeling better
                  i'm really getting my creative juices flowing and made a lot of cute critters
                  i'm keeping my new car clean despite having 5 kids

                      ~I haven't missed a day of exercise all month

                      ~I've been making a point to enjoy the winter weather with sledding and snowmen instead of sitting inside and complaining about the cold.

                      ~I'm buying myself a pretty pair of earrings today, just because. I deserve to treat myself once in a while.
                      The difference between 'involvement' and 'commitment' is like an eggs-and-ham breakfast:
                      the chicken was 'involved' - the pig was 'committed'.

                        Week #3...this has been a bad week for me so I really had to dig deep to find 3 positive things.

                        1. I treated myself to my favorite lotion from Bath & Body Works yesterday!

                        2. I'm very loyal to my friends.

                        3. Despite cheating at dinner last night I got up this AM & got right back on track.

                              We are all doing so well. Lets keep on not jeopardizing ourselves.

                              1- I got really upset and I did not run to the ice cream that is in the freezer for my 2 guys.

                              2- I lost another 2 lbs since Mon.

                                I know this is a day late...

                                Week #4

                                1) I'm trying new recipes at least 3x per week.
                                2) I'm encouraging my DD in her food choices
                                3) I'm fighting hard not to slip into my usual winter depression.
