Great idea, there is currently a how long can you go challenge (cheat free), and people are encouraged to join at anytime.

Good Luck and keep it up.

            What I know:
            1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

                          Re: Cheat Free Days!

I'm starting over tomorrow too..... and I didn't even go for the chocolates....lost my keys this morning, spent over 40 minutes looking for them and eventually just had to leave ....no time to work out this morning so anyway...I leave with the spare, which meant no house key....okay, I can live with that...then get to halfway to work and realize I didn't have my work keys IN MY PURSE.... , called b/f to get his keys to the house to go in and find my keys, halfway home and I find my keys (my niece is sitting on them the the CAR) . Get to work, run to a noon meeting across town and on my way back stop at Jack in the Crack and buy the taco's for .99 and eat them....just as I swallow the last bite they start crawling back up in my throat and I pull over to throw up....NASTY (I am CURED of jack in the crack tacos)...I'm sitting there thinking what the is wrong with you?? do you really want to weigh 400 pounds?? Aren't you tired of being tired? Do you really want to get tired walking to the corner or up the stairs, where ever!!!!
this is it...I'm committed and going to do this. Obviously willpower isn't enough for me so I'm going to start praying and beading and whatever I need to do to take my mind off this food addiction I have.

                            Re: Cheat Free Days!

Oh Thumper --- I am sooo sorry you are having such a lousy day.... Good news - is since you threw those taco's up you probably didn't absorb any of the carbs

Nothing is wrong with you -- you had a bad day, weren't able to be prepared food wise for number of reasons - you don't want to be heavy for the rest of your life & will succeed at getting the weight off.

Don't have anymore cheats today... Ask BF to make you a nice long - hot bubble bath and while you are taking it he can grill/broil you big steak and salad. Maybe after you too can swap out back massages... after that don't wanna know ((though PS - that COULD be your workout for the day))

Tomorrow will be a better and more importantly a BRAND NEW day - promise

I have to admit Jack N The Crack Tacos are my favorite "Drunk" food - those and the Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich.. something about all that grease
