    Okay Girlies - No more beating ourselves up!!! We are or need to promise each other to take this one day at a time starting tomorrow. If you feel like cheating (or I do) we should to email each other to talk one another out of it.... WE CAN DO THIS! We don't want to continually have to redo day one!

    side note: Traci - your before and after pictures are fabulous... can really see the difference. I am sorry you are having to restart day one again - you were doing excellent
