    Wow, I am so sorry for not posting! It's been a crazy couple of weeks. I don't feel too bad about my weight considering we have been out of town. As of this morning my measurments are basically the same, but my weight is 159.4!

    I'm really happy abou that. I thought I would really be up after having carbs & sugar on our trip.

    I'll have to spend some time catching up on all the posts today.

      ugh sorry for not posting for awhile. i am having some weird TOM issues that came early and are staying late. tons of bloat and extra weight hanging around so i am trying to wait it out and then step back on the scale! but i promise i didn't forget about this!!

                    I've only lost 1lb. this week but at least it's something so I'm happy! I havent been eating very good this past week so I've got to get back on track.

                      I am holding steady up one day down one but this morning right at 191.4 so no movement for me this week ....... hopefully something will move this coming week!!! (like me!!!!!!)

                            Ok, I weighed earlier and I am down to 173.5. I knew I would have a big loss this week because I had oral surgery. I'm happy that I lost, but know that most of it was because I could not each much for 3 days. Since I am back to eating again, I hope it does not all come back. Total loss for the week is 5.5. Good job to everyone else. Keep up the good work!

                                Despite not eating very well the past week I have been excercising a lot and am down 2 lbs. Current weight 201 Man I can't wait to see Onderland! Congrats to everyone who has lost! And those who haven't don't get discouraged...keep up the good work and it will pay off eventually!
