Thanks for letting me join in so late! Looking at these pictures is a REAL motivator let me tell you lol...ok here goes, don't mind the filthy mirror...















And my weight this morning due to weekend cheat and TOM is 203.

Oh and I forgot to post my goals! I am HOPING to get down 15 lbs by June 21st. That would put me at 188. That might be a bit much for a goal but as long as I lose some weight and more importantly inches I'll be a happy camper. I know I'm lugging around close to 5 lbs of just water weight right now so hopefully that will be gone next week! Oh and is there a particular day to weigh in?

I have been on aktins since 02/04/08 but just found this support site. I can across this challenge yesterday. I would love to join. I know it's a little late. I am going to go ahead and post my pics and info, let me know if it is to late to join.




I squeezed into this bathing suit. It does cover the stomach, but pulled it up to show those rolls! When I saw these pics, I almost got sick, but I am sticking to the plan and hope my next pics will be much better.

Monday's Weight: 179
Measurements:
Stomach: 38
Hips: 43.5
R Thigh: 25.5
L Thigh: 26
L Arm: 15.5
R Arm: 16

SW 199.5/179/145
My goal by the end of the challenge is to lose 18 lbs.

Sorry the pics are so big. I tried and tried to make them smaller, but they kept defaulting back to these large ones.

I still haven't gotten measurements - but I'm at 141 today! Didn't weight myself yesterday....or Monday for that matter! It's been one of those weeks Of course it's Spring and being on a farm kinda gets busy.

well I am currently at 195. Found out the reason why I had somehow gained 4lbs overnight is because of stupid TOM. Ugh. So we shall see what happens when all is said and done
