Ok guys, I am back. I have no excuse for not checking in. Just was lazy and have not been doing what I was supposed to be doing. I have been back on track for 3days now and am down to 170. Man, had I been doing what I was supposed to be doing, I would probably be down to 160 by now. So how many more weeks till this challenge is up?

Sorry haven't checked in in ages - still at 190 but I know what the problem is. I've kinda fallen off track but I'm getting myself back on. Fortunately due to my workouts I haven't gained anything - but I haven't lost either. I will get back into the swing of things and I WILL eat better

Good Morning all. I was glad to see the scale at 167 this morning. That's 3 lbs down from last week. I hope that everyone had a good Mother's day, and have a great week.

Hi All! I'm at 199 today. I was 197 a couple days ago for like 1 day, but then TOM came and I gave in to a couple of craving Getting back on track today! Congrats to those who've lost and to those who haven't...don't get discouraged! Keep trying and if you've cheated like I did...don't let it de-rail you! Get back on the ball Summer will be here before we know it...LETS GET READY!
