According to what I've read, I'm supposed to drink 64oz minimum plus 8 oz more for every 25 pounds over weight that I am. Are you kidding me? So if I need to lose 150 pounds, I need to drink 64 + 48 = 112 oz? Well, I'm gonna shoot for 100 a day and see how it goes. and goes. and goes.
Count me in for 100

Oh, what's another challenge! Put me down for 64 ounces. I haven't been keeping track these days and bet I've fallen short so this will keep me on track.

you got that just about right, kelly. in the monthly challenge, it's topped off at the 64 minimum but in the semi annual Drink Up! Water Challenge, we mix it up a bit. this last time, challengers were to drink half their body weight in water and i capped that at 128 oz. we don't go the whole month, only 5 days.
remember though, for this challenge, it's 64 oz and whatever you get over that, is a plus for you.

I'm in. I've been doing 90 oz/day since starting on 03/27/08. It's not easy, but it can be done!! April is my 1st month of "Challenges" and I really don't know how to post, but I'll watch what everyone else does and follow.
