              no body should worry about seeing the chart and posting afterwards. your posts will count. ALL of them will count. the chart was just a visual for ya'll to see how you were doing.

                i'd like you to post as often as possible but you do what you can. what i am more concerned with is that, when you post you give me the day and oz. that way, i can get the right amounts with the right days on the chart.

                if you see blank spots on the first chart, you need to let me know how you did those days.

                for you, in particular, i see blank spots on the 4th and the 5th. i have not yet looked at any posts after i posted the chart. if an update is there i have not seen it yet.
