I've added Noni Juice capsules to my "cocktail". I feel more energetic and I'm glad I had the courage to try it. I dropped Digestive Enzymes, decreased Garden Veggies and Orchard Fruits.
I started walking to the college (1/2 mile from my house) where I "walk" some more on the treadmill but a more challenging way. And I started on another challenge that lasts until New Year's Day here. I'm still looking for low-carb, sweetener-free recipes to try out and post here. I need to watch my blood sugar now until my dr's appointment in late December. So I haven't really made any recipes for my Small Groups but take whole foods like fruit, green salad, and protein that I mixed in with the fruit and salad. Nothing special. My time is a little short right now.
