      Yesterday I was 146
      Today 146.5

      Did not exercise Wednesday, letting my foot heal.

      Tonight will do 45 min treadmill and arms & abs

          WOOT debbie! .5 pounds is totally not worth changing your totals for because it's SO water weight. OMG, I have toenails that weigh more than that I'm sure!

          Way to go on hanging in there and getting exercise in. I hope your foot feels better muy soon! :hug :joy :hug :joy :hug :joy

          I put in 4 miles on the treadmill last night for 1,000 calories (incline makes all the diff... well, that and being the chunkymoney I am).

          I'm down a little weight but am waiting until Monday to report. I don't want to get my happy on and then have to deal with water weight gain again. *lol*

                I know I'm really late but would it be okay to join in. I have a totally unrealistic goal but feel the need to aim for it anyway :sadblinky

                As some of you know, my mother-in-law whom I've never met is coming over at the beginning of May (the day after my birthday in fact :no ). I wanted to have lost about half my weight by then. This wasn't too unrealistic before my five week stall but now it's looking slim. I lost three pounds this week which I'm delighted about and have worked out that if I lose three pounds a week until then I will have lost the extra 21lbs I wanted to lose.

                Can I say that my aim is 21lbs but I'm aiming for the beginning of May, not the end. When the date approaches I can always adjust it accordingly. e.g. if I've been successful, increase it and if not leave it at 21lbs till the end of May

                          Hi all- hope every body is having a great start of the week!
                          I am now down to 196!! yea for me! im in wonderland!
                          I will be gone for the rest of the week as i will be in training and have nno acsess to a computer til at least Sunday.
                          good luck to all of you this week, i wish you the best of luck and lots of losses.

                            Congrats on all the progress!!!

                            I don't really have internet access on weekends so..... I'm still here!!

                            WOOHOO!!! I'm 144 today!!! I didn't exercise all weekend :anger Tonight I'll kick it hard. Hopefully the mole skin will protect my heel!
