      Well this morning was a big let down. Scale jumped up to 190. Ate very well this past week and even ate a little less yesterday in hopes of some sort of loss. and saw a gain..... :no so discouraging. And yes doing plenty of water. Hoping things will turn around soon.

            just found this I hope I'm not too late to join too.
            My goal for the end of June is to get down to 180lbs. I'm at 215lbs now.
            On June 24th we are leaving for a month long vacation to newfoundland during which I am going to meet my husbands enitre family! I've talked to them on the phone but never met them. So 35lbs is my goal to lose.

              Congrats on the 5 pounds loss Cleo!
              My system seems to like a size 12. Been stuck in this size since just Christmas. Losing and gaining the same few pounds. Hoping it will get over itself and start going downwards soon. Looking into a few tweaks to hopefully start moving soon. I would really like to report a loss next week.
              I did finally break down and go shopping and purchased 4 new pairs of jeans. So I figure the woosh fairy should come and finally get me out of this size. I do think I can wear them some while I hang out in size 10's anyway. Been wearing my 14's hoping to eventually just skip 12 and go straight to 10's. Oh well better to just enjoy this size awhile. Would really like to see 10's by summer and a new swimsuit..

                Easttex,

                Don't get too discouraged. I stayed between 146 &amp; 149 up and down since January. I don't know what happened, but I'm not going to complain!! I was ready to give up and try something else.

                Hang in there. Keep measuring and know that this does work in our own time :hug

                  Ok, I hope i'm not to late but I need motivation. So this challenge us until June correct? Well, my weigh in today is 175lbs and my goal weight is 135lbs. I need the support for sure. :yes

                    Welcome to ha !!!

                    The purpose of this challenge is to set a mini-goal and work toward it. Trying to lose 40 lbs in 2 months isn't realistic or healthy. You don't have that much to lose. I would recommend that you aim for 10 or 15 lbs. I think that is do-able and will cause less discouragement.

                    It's nice to see new people :hug

                        Well, It it my over all goal is 40lbs my mini goal is 15lbs for June.

                          Welcome Jenelynn76! That is a much more realistic goal, and if you lose more then that is great!
                          As for me I stepped on the scales this morning and 187. Sure made me feel better, so at least one pound down. Tempted to buy a new scale and see if my old one is a problem or not.
                          Anyway happy losing to everyone.

                            Easttex, great pictures!! :joy

                            I got more mole skin for my foot. Last night I did 20 min treadmill, 30 min killer abs class.

                            Tonight, will do 45 min treadmill (maybe 1 hr) at level 3 various inclines.
