    Congrats Deb & Steph! The "Wooosh" fairy must be hovering! My weight is doew the last few days, also. Maybe next Monday I will be able to post a loss! (Unlike last Monday!)

      Woohoo!!!! Down to 141.5 today but I'm not gonna post it just yet.

      I didn't exercise yesterday, darn foot! It still hurts but I think I'll go and do weights tonight. That shouldn't hurt too bad. I miss exercising!

        I missed the weigh-in. I had a terrible week exercise-wise, but doing okay with the diet part. Except I visited my mom's yesterday and her sisters were there and fixed a big meal so I felt I had to eat a little of everything so as not to be rude. It was good, though! I guess I start over on induction, then? I also started TOM today and still down in weight so I feel pretty good!

          I had a terrible week exercise-wise, too. Dang foot. I'm calling this week a wash and will hit it hard next week. I will be out of town next Fri, Sat & Sun so I'm going to exercise M-TH.

            TexasGal - dont ever eat something beacuse you are afrid of being rude- cuz that will constintly mes you up- jsut explain tht you choose to eat differently and that you can n ot have those things, leave it plain and simple and dont give in. other then that you all are doing great- i guess its just a bad excerise week as i too havent done anything, but

                Debbie-- I'm so glad you're digging fitday! I just started using it myself to make sure I'm right on with my numbers. It really helps. You are on the right track adding a few calories. Are you feeling hungry? What's your fat percentage intake?

                And Way to go on your loss! YEAH!!!

                Texas-- hey! Good on you for sticking to plan.You don't have to start induction over unless you want to, but definitely be firm about not eating what you can't have! There's so much you can have on this WOE. Maybe you'll end up having to take salad or a fresh veggie plate as an offering (and something you can eat!) {{{Texas}}} Way to go on being down in weight!!!

                  Chatty, my fat % is still too high. It's around 65-74%. I think I'm going to have to cut out my eggs urplequ: and eat more chicken instead of pork (which I don't like anyway, they are left-overs from my daughter's concoctions). I've been cooking with cooking spray instead of butter and oil. Seems to help. I need to get my protein % up, too.

                  It seems to work beautifully though when you get the %s right :hug

                    • Hey, everyone. I don't know if I will be able to check in tomorrow, but I will try. My mom is in the hopital again. I checked my weight at the hospital today. I haven't lost any. I checked the tape measure and I had lost 2 inches off the rear end. :yikes Who knows the whoosh fair might come tonight. If I get a chance tomorrow, I will check in.

                        • Gonna hit the gym tonight and every night through Wed. I guess I can't exercise Thurs since we are going out of town that evening until Sunday. I'm going to do some weights, maybe a little on the treadmill and then the abs class.

                          Weight today was 143 but I think it's mostly water since I didn't eat well yesterday (I didn't get my veggies or drink enough water). Yesterday afternoon, I was 141! :icondance

                          I REALLY want to get out of the 140's by the end of the month! :nod
