  • I'm still at 195...i was 194 yesterday, so maybe there is really a loss there somewhere, but today it said 195...I know it's bad, but i weigh myself every single day. I went to the gym this morning and did 50 min of cardio and then went to pilates this evening so I'm hoping to get back on track. My husband is in Kuwait until at least Christmas...I am meeting him in Germany in August and I want to be a lot thinner! :yes :dancing

      Pocket, I am sorry to hear about your mom being the hospital again!

      Chleochatra... Thanks for sending the wooshie fairy! She is so sweet! When she came she has left me with a total weight loss for the week of.....3 lbs. YEAAAAH! I am happy with this but really had to work for it!

      • I know I'm late getting in on this but I hope I can join this challenge too. I finally got over some long drawn-out health issues that plagued me since the last 3-month challenge so I am raring to go again. The bad thing is that I gained several pounds during my "time-off" so I am starting at 210 with a challenge goal of 192, 18 pounds to goal.
        SW: 242, CW: 210, GW: 130

            Last night I did 35 min treadmill and about 20 min weights. I didn't push too hard cuz I'm still trying to get over the crap I had last week (still coughing and stuffy) but I feel much better.

            Tonight, will do more weights and treadmill.

              {{{Texas}}} Honey, I weigh myself everyday too. Just don't poayu it no mind but once per week, though. Your working out will make a lot of difference, too! It takes a little time because first there's initial muscle weight gain, but then your metabolism increases as you lose weight and inches! Your hubby will be very pleased come December (so will you!).

              • Hi everyone. I have been awol for a week and have put on 8 pounds. (See emotional eating forum for details). I am disgusted, but as of today back on track. I would like to change my goal. Today I am at 240. My goal for the end of May is 218. I am back in this!!!!!!!

                  Well, last night I did weight training on my upper body. My arms and shoulders hurt SO BAD today!!! I also did 48 min on the treadmill!!! Level 10 various inclines.

                  Someday my foot will be fixed and I'm gonna hit the 60 min mark on the treadmill!!

                  I don't know if I will workout tonight. I need to get ready to go out of town tomorrow night. We will be leaving right after work tomorrow so I need to get my stuff packed and ready.

                  Weight today 142.5. At least I'm holding :icondance

                  • Hey, everyone. Thanks for asking about mom. She is at home, but we have a long recovery. She is suffering the after effects of cancer treatments. We have been thru with treatments for quite a while now. It just seems to have weakened her body.

                    I think I was stressed out last week. I hope the whooshie fairy comes next Monday. If not I'll just reach for the Magic measuring tape.
