I am reporting in for the week and it has gone well! I am still having a loss and am down to 126.5 according to the scale this morning! Whooopeee! I am happy with that! In fact, with this loss I am officially down 70 lbs. from my starting weight and I am starting to receive alot of compliments. (That feels good as it is an affirmation to me that my body really has gotten rid of the fat! )
For those of you just starting, I offer the following encouragement. Don't look at how much you have to lose over-all. Look at each loss in 10 lb. increments, this doesn't seem as overwhelming or impossible to do. I can't believe that looking at the enormous amount of pounds I had to lose, has been so "do-able" little by little!
Thanks to all for your support and holding me accountable! I'm rootin' for everyone to have a great week!:wave

Hello all, well its good to be back after being gone for a week for training.
I am still at 189 so no loss, but i guess the bright side is no gain either... ive really slacked on excercising for the past 3 weeks or so, i need to start it up again. well good luck this week everyoneORIGINALLY STARTED:

I'm still the same. I like to think that is a success since it was a holiday weekend. Hopefully I will have a loss to report next week.

Welll...I'm still at 194, but I didn't stick to the plan over the holidays either. I'm back at it yesterday and today, though, so all is well. I've got to get these pounds moving!started Atkins 10/16/2003 at 236

Cleo, WOOHOO!!!! :joy I know where your pound went LOL I did horrible over the weekend. I'm not going to put my current weight down right now cuz I know it's mostly water (ankles still retaining lots of water). I'm just going to keep truckin and hope that I'll be back to normal by the weekend.
I will commit to 30 min treadmill tonight and will do more when I'm caught up on my rest :nod
