Oh cleo I read it wrong sorry..............Then you can relate,easier to lose harder to keep off........But we shall do it this time............I was over at my moms,jewish mom,you need to eat if you dont eat i wont eat,i said dont lol................jewish mothers guilt.i said i ate before i came here............Blah blah............She fed us if we were happy sad did something good whatever.........I have learned thats not the way of course....I put the fork in my mouth...........We can and will do it this time............. :guns252/199/155

sharon-- I was raised by a lot of Jewish guilt, so I'm good at giving it.
"What? Do you want me to fall over dead? G-d forbid I outlive you and inherit the naugahide sofa." or "You wanted me to marry the doctor. So instead I lost 100 pounds. It didn't end up with an alimony payment and my blood pressure's lower..."
Note to everyone: I won't be here next week because I'm volunteering with my community to build a playground! Please know I've not abandoned you or this challenge, and I'll be expecting MAJOR effort and losses when I get back!

OMG Cleo,you it got too.............Have you heard IF I DIE YOU PUT ME IN THAT EARLY GRAVE lol............I hear them all lol........Too funny.I have been in and out of the will so many times her lawyers head must be spinning lol..............She has not told me that for a long time lol....But when i was younger in and out!!!!!!!!!!! Ok! I am checking in for the week and a frustrating one it has been! After several weeks of the scale moving down EVERY day, it is just sitting there! I only lost 1 pound this week! Is this normal? After awhile does the weight loss slow down?

*is thin possible-sometimes the weight des slow- ive gone 2 weeks losing steadily and then nothing for like 3 weeks things happen in their own time-you are doing great, keep at it!
*pockets-Great job- stick with it!
as for me im now at 185.5- and i feel horrible- well i feel great that ive lost it, but ive messed up pretty bad the past week or so, i need to up my exercise though
