        • Alrighty, I worked out pretty hard last night... for me. I'm sore!

          I signed up for a class that is on Tuesday nights. It started last week but I didn't know it so I'm going tonight to see if I can still get in.

          So today is rest day for me.

              • Stef, there are days when I can't face working out. I get through it by not letting myself think about it. I don't think about how bad I DON'T want to work out, I just block it and do it. Once I'm at the gym and my body is moving, it's better. Glad when it's over and I feel better for doing it. :nod

                Keep telling yourself that exercise is a good thing and you deserve to do good things for yourself. I wish my weight was coming off as well as yours is!!! Maybe someday I'll get a gigantic whooshie!!! :guns

                        well i am down again(which is great but kinda makes me think its water weight or that i will stall soon)
                        i am now dwn to 181.5
                        good luck everyone ths week- and remember to be drinking your water and excersing

                        oh- i am exercising now- thats something ive always really stuggeled with but i walked a mile on mon and on tues i did 1 1/2 mile so we will see what happens today.

                          Pockets---yes even if it is only 1/2 or 1 inch. I have not had a true stall (THANK GOD! since I started losing weight in January. I even have TOM- :yikes going on right now and I'm losing inches and weight!

                          I normally lose lbs and inches together, then I stop losing lbs and my body continues to play catch up in inches. IT'S PRETTY COOL :yes !

                          I've also been losing a pound a day since Friday of last week!

                                Last night I did 50 min treadmill level 10 various inclines.

                                Tonight I will do the same... more or less.
