  • is it wrong if i dont weight in the next two mondays, i usually start gaining and retaining water a week or so before tom shows up, last month was soooooooooooooo emotional for me, the ups and downs, i really just want to stay away from the scale until he leaves, is that ok with everyone, what do you think?

    • Shelly, you can weigh whenever you want to. You can even wait until the challenge has ended. I'm not disciplined enough to do that :geek

        • thanks debbiethehugbug. I really enjoy weighing in on mondays it helps me push myself to a lower weight. But gets depressing when tom starts showing up. Im kinda hoping to weigh in at 170-167 the next time i weight in and tom is gone.Wish me luck.

            Did 15 min upper body weights and 25 min treadmill.

            Tonight will do 30-45 min treadmill.

              Thanks for the motivation and the posting upkeep! I love reading how you are doing, too! I'm going to have TOM soon enough and oooh boy, I sure don't like it! While I had a partial hysterectomy, my ovaries are still there. In short, no period, but still the monthly crabathonny goodness I've come to enjoy month after month, coupled with water weight gain! I always assumed I'd not have to deal with the rest, too. But nooooooooooooo.

              So here's to all of us with our womanly bits still in there.

                  Just checking in! Weight today 243-jean sz 20!!!!!!!! I will post measurements on Wednesday, because I've got some traning classes to go to for work Mon and Tue. Good Luck guys.

                        I walked at least 10 miles this weekend. Tonight I will do 30-45 min treadmill and maybe some weight training.

                          • KT, I know that feeling but hang in there. Keep exercising and sticking with it and things WILL happen.

                            I have class tonight so will not be able to exercise. I'll pick it up again tomorrow.
