We are on the 10th today (the third entry this week)
Neecy about your question about sweeteners in the water. I think the problem is that we are only allowed 3 sweeteners a day and if you are going to add them to the water you will go over very quickly.
Have you tried sparkly water with a bit of lemon? I like that as a nice change
shaunawa about whether you are supposed to drink half your body weight (drink half in amount of ounces what you weigh in pounds) Yes I have read that too. And I aim to do that. But who knows whether that is absolutely necessary. It will not hurt for sure. Because we eat a ketosis diet we absolutely NEED to keep up our water consumption for sure.
