Are you tired of the scale dictating what type of day you're going to have?
At this challenge you are to pledge how many days you want to stay off the scale. Be it 7 days, 14 days, 21 days, 30 or more. This is meant to keep you accountable from stepping on the scale every day.
You are to check in periodicly to let us know how you're all doing.

My gym is going out of business at the end of the week and I'll be transferring to another; so I'll probably have to weigh in there next Monday. After that, however, I don't intend to weigh myself again until 
(It didn't help that the numbers have continued to go in the right direction, either!) LOL
...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
