      Hard to say if there was a difference. I weighed 1/2lb more on her scale, but it was 6 in the afternoon...so I'm not sure what that means (I always weigh first thing in the morning). I suspect I'd be lighter on her scale in the morning than on mine, but who knows? Was it worth it? Ummm, inconclusive...I was just curious I just thought it was funny that I cheated on this challenge without even thinking about it - and didn't even realize it until the next day

      Still scale free...and will likely miss my weigh-in this coming week as I'm on vacation & will be at the lake - I don't bother to bring my scale.

            i didn't weigh monday and i've already ate today so no weighing today either. you know, i've just lost interest in weighing. lol

              You know Jo? For me, I look forward to being where you're at in your journey. So more power to you. I think it's great that you have the discipline and "not necissary" attitude. I want that again!

                So far so good, I have been scale free for over a week. I was weighed at the doctor's office on the 27th of July and haven't been on a scale since...I do wonder sometimes how I am doing since it is soooooo very hard for me to lose any weight, it seems as if my body wants to hold on to all the fat it can, no matter how much I try to get rid of it, so it is a little scary going so lon without checking my weight but I plan not weigh in until the end of the 6wec challenge.

                  scale free day 10.
                  i had every intention of weighing once a week. i think i'm changing my weigh day to friday mornings. friday works better for me than monday. somebody hold me accountable on friday!!!!

                    well two weeks back into the plan and still scale free...
                    i feel good, the eating has been going well. today i ended up skipping dinner at school till i got home, (back to back appointments) but i'm well satisfied now. I do believe my pants are feeling looser! keep up the good work ladies!

                      Congratulations Susie on the pants feeling looser.
                      Dibby, did you measure yourself before the 6wec? When i'm not weighing I like to measure every once or twice a month. The tape measure becomes a better friend than the evil scale.

                        i should of measured right away, but i will try to do so this weekend with my husbands help, inches lost will be an excellent motivator!!

                          My husband measures me too. I think that's the only way for me to do it in an un-biased enough way for me to believe the numbers

                              i've made mention that i've overdone the grains and it's showing. i still feel okay about myself but i need to get about 5 pounds off me.

                                Seriuosly Jo, You're readings are awesome! Who's to say you wouldn't be 132 tomorrow the way the scale fluctuates.
