            I now have a no-brainer weight training solution that accomodates this challenge nicely: carry at least 2 full water bottles with me on every walk! As I lose weight, I'll sill be needing muscle used to carrying it, so I've added to my take-along baggage. 144 oz is not hard for me. I just always have water with me, and keep re-filling.

            AFTER joining yesterday, about 80 overnight; over 100 today so far...

            but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

              10/2 : 64 ounces. Day 3 of induction and I have a little bit of Atkins flu so I took it easy.
