                  Day 31 cheat free.

                  Haven't had the chance to sign in for a few days but still cheat free. Went out for a meal yesterday and made good choices. Mushrooms with spinach and ricotta cheese to start, followed by steak, spinach and green beans (gave the roast potatoes to someone else) and cheese board for dessert. 2 large bottles of still water to wash it all down and no wine!
                  Started 9th September 2008
                  Start weight 319 lbs
                  Current weight 189 lbs
                  Total lost 130 lbs
                  Next goal - 165lbs by 30th June 2010
                  Final goal weight 151 lbs
                  Getting there 1 lb at a time.

                        13 days cheat free! Woo hoo, I made it through the Holiday weekend and 3 parties!
                        My name is Barb ... and I'm a carboholic

                        S/C/G 180/160/150


                        Minigoals
                        Goal#1: 169 and daily walks with the dog. Met
                        Goal#2: 159 and Schutzhund with the dog ... but not getting out of breath. Longer, faster paced walks with dog 3x/week. MET
                        Goal#3: 150 , Hiking 3 times a week for a total of 15 or more miles, Bike 1-2 times a week.

                              I'm in!! totaly! Day 2 of carb-free eating!!! I'll try not to eat carbs.... do veggies count as carbs even tho u r supposed 2 have them?

                                Well ... I'm either 15 days cheat free. Or if you count making a mistake without realizing it ... then I'm only 2 days cheat free
