[QUOTE=Georgiana;1100034]If you only had Induction foods, it shouldn't happen even if you go over your carbs. Are you feeling better today?

Still have a headache today and I've only had induction foods, but I wasn't good about measuring so I might have had too many yummy veggies. If the headache isn't from too many induction-friendly carbs, I'm probably still feeling remnants from last week's illness. Thanks for the feedback.

Sorry for the delay, been busy with work and exercising

It was an accident, but still my fault. I didn't read the menu good enough. And after paying $15 for the meal didn't want to not eat it. I got myself back on track immediately after. First day was no problem, I'm getting pretty good at getting back on plan by now. I know atkins works, I've lost 33lbs so far and to quit would be stupid.

Oh, look how many no cheaters here!

3 weeks is awesome, Sherri. Looks like you got yourself back in the "happy Atkins" mood. Good for you!

Arctic, I hope you know you'll need to set a new record or I'll keep poking you in the chat.

Nice to see you back on track, Glenda.

                      Happymom, how are you doing?

I'm still cheat free. I discovered a food trigger a few weeks ago --- the combination of mascarpone & strawberries. It was bad enough that I had to get rid of the remaining mascarpone. Yesterday I had trouble with sauerkraut (perfectly legal, no sugar added), so I'm adding it to the list of triggers. It's funny that I can eat cabbage without any problems and a while ago I also had some sauerkraut made by grandma and had no cravings from it.

4 hours cheat free for me--no it wasn't worth it. Don't know why I caved... I'm hoping it wasn't enough to knock me out of ketosis. Not sure how I'm going to be successful if I keep making stupid food choices.

With over 50 lbs lost, I think you are on your way to being a successful Atkineer. You need to sit down and understand why you have cheated, or this cheat will likely repeat in the future. Are you bored with your food choices (maybe it's time to move to OWL)? Did you see someone eating some carby food you liked? Any special events in your life? Bored? Too much stress?

Thanks for the support, Georgiana. I think my problem is a mixture of a lot of things, not the least of which is stress, but once school starts I will not have the TIME to piddle around the kitchen and pick at things I'm not supposed to and hopefully by the time summer rolls around again, I will not even want to.
