Hello, I haven't checked in for a couple days... I have maiantained my pledged amount of water, today was a struggle but I did it!! over 100 oz all week.
Update on my weight.... 242.5 since July 21. Started at 257.5... thought it would be more by now as hard as I am working, but I know, it didnt come on overnight, so its going to take time to lose.. I have been walking a lot and doing crunches.. thats a great change for me!

Congratulations to those of you who are drinking over your pledge amounts -- I'm really proud of each of you!!
For those having a hard time getting your water in daily... try sipping on water throughout the day instead of only drinking water during your meals...if you use a straw it helps also. Before you know it you will be drinking more each day. I have a 32oz jug with a straw that I sip on all day long and keep filling it up over and over. Another thing that helps me is I drink 1 cup of decaf in the morning then get my water jug filled and until I drink my quota I don't drink anything else -- around dinner I have another cup of decaf and finish the evening with pure water again.
